Katherine Hyun is literally the best human! She helped me and my growing family purchase our first home at our own pace. She was informative throughout the whole process and answered all our questions. Kathryn was incredible from start to finish! Even though this wasn’t my first home purchase, it had been a long time, and I was stressed about finding the right home, in the right area, at the right price. She made the entire process feel so much easier! From day one, Kathryn was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely fun to work with. We even went through a difficult escrow that fell apart because of inspection issues. She was honest and upfront about what I was getting into, and looking back, we’re both so glad it happened because I absolutely love the home I ended up with! I’d also like to add, she was ready with a new set of homes to tour the NEXT day. She also went above and beyond by coordinating with my lender, meeting inspectors, and recommending great local services, including pest control and a home warranty that even helps with routine maintenance. She made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting, and closing day truly felt like a celebration. If you want a realtor who’s knowledgeable, funny, patient, and will genuinely have your back, Kathryn is the one. I couldn’t recommend her more! I honestly feel like I gained a friend for life who just happens to be really, really good at selling homes. 😉
